About The Group

BTS, an acronym for Bangtan Sonyeondan meaning “Bulletproof Boy Scouts” in English (interpreted by Western media as Beyond The Scene), is a South Korean boy band that debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment. The septet—consisting of members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—has become a catalyst in the facilitation of Korean culture around the world.
